Following a short break in the service today the complete weekend’s broadcast will be available from tomorrow evening (Tuesday 15 June) on this site to ‘listen again’ at your leisure – please tell your friends!

Highbridge Family Radio concluded its transmissions at midnight last night (Sunday 13 June) after a weekend
of contributions from a wide variety of families and local organisations. The general conclusion from all involved
is that the broadcast was a great success as well as being
a lot of fun!

At the end of the final Highbridge Forum programme
in which local people of all ages came on the airwaves to discuss the joys, opportunities and challenges of family life in the town, there was a unanimous vote in favour of going for a full-time radio station for the town when (and if)
the media regulator offers licences.

There are many people to thank for making the broadcast possible – sincere thanks to all of you (you know who you are!) – we look forward to the next time!
